It’s nice to meet ya!

I’m an empathetic, driven, and innovative designer committed to crafting human-centric experiences that bridge the gap between people and products.

With a background working in legislative affairs, I understand the importance of empathy and fostering connections with others to learn more about their experiences and viewpoints. My desire to pursue a more creative role led to my decision to study UX/UI design because of the organic intersection between the people-centric focus of policymaking and the user-centric nature of design. Both government and UX/UI design share a goal of understanding people, defining the problem they face, and creating purpose-driven solutions. These common goals, along with my strong attention to detail and communication skills, have supported my transition into the design field by allowing me to clearly defend my design choices and craft intuitive designs.

I thrive on understanding the needs of users and translating those needs into meaningful and creative solutions. I am eager to continue building upon my design skill set and I am excited for the growth opportunities that lie ahead!
